Women are running some of the best restaurants in the city. From Missy Robbins at newcomer Lilia to James Beard Award winner Daniela Soto-Innes of Cosme, they’re creating memorable dishes that have people talking and clamoring for reservations.

We headed into the kitchens of 10 women who are burning up the local dining scene to see what fuels their fires, from why they became chefs to what they love to eat.
